This Legal Notice outlines PR4U’s authority, responsibilities, and policies regarding membership, activities, and website content.

Organizational Authority

PR4U operates as a student-based organization under university guidelines and maintains full authority over:

Membership approval, renewal, suspension, and cancellation
Activity planning and execution
Internal rules, point systems, and evaluations

Membership Cancellation

PR4U reserves the right to cancel membership without prior notice if a member:

Remains absent from three consecutive mandatory meetings or activities without valid justification
Fails to attend required activities and does not submit a valid explanation within 48 hours
Fails to achieve a minimum of:
- 60 points per semester, or
- 180 points within a year
Takes unapproved leave during semester breaks
Neglects responsibilities as an executive or team member
Engages in unethical behavior, misconduct, or harmful publicity

Final decisions regarding membership status rest with the Executive Body and Advisors.

Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, images, documents, press releases, and website content published by PR4U are the intellectual property of PR4U, unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
